Refund Policy

Last updated: 17 August 2026

Note: this is a draft policy. Please fill in the institute's actual terms — the number of days, the percentage refunded and the deductions applied — before treating it as final.

1. Registration / admission fee

The registration fee collected at the time of admission is non-refundable, as it covers seat blocking and administrative costs.

2. Course fee — refund window

A written request made within [__ days] of the commencement of the course may attract a refund of [__ per cent] of the course fee, after deducting the registration fee and the value of classes and material already provided. No refund is payable after this period.

3. Digital content and test series

Recorded lectures, PDF study material and online test series are non-refundable once access has been granted, as they become available for immediate use.

4. Transfer to another batch

In place of a refund, and for good reason, a student may be permitted to transfer to a subsequent batch. This is available once, and at the discretion of the institute.

5. How to claim a refund

Send a written request to judicialbrilliance201@gmail.com stating the student's name, course, date of admission, fee receipt and the reason. An approved refund is processed within [__ working days] through the same mode in which the payment was made.

6. Course cancelled by the institute

If JBCI is unable to commence a batch for any reason, the entire fee for that batch is refunded without any deduction.
